Sad Sack
| Sad Sack was created as a comic strip in 1942, but was later turned into a comic book. Sad Sack was actually created by a Sgt. named George Baker in the middle of World War II. Sad Sack is a low rank, unfortunate person who joins the army and learns of all the unfortunate things that could happen to someone while in the army. The theme of Sad Sack made the comic book very popular since it was produced during an actual war. |
