| The Silver Age of comic books ranges from 1956 to 1970, and has completely changed the comic book world. But right before the Silver Age of comic books there was a down fall in comics, because they were said to be the cause of a rise in crime. However, after the “Comic Code Authority” was created, the popularity of comic books during the Silver Age shot up. But as all things do, the Silver Age came to an end with the death of Spider Man’s wife in 1973. |
